Appreciate the feedback folks.

Weighing my options (literrally) I think I have paired it down to a more compact travel package. T2i, 17-55, 10-20, 70-300 should cover all + 2 batts/charger, remote, tripod.

I may even skip the macro lens. I forgot to mention I have a 500D diopter in 58mm. Used this on 70-300 few years ago prior to purchage of the efs 60 macro.

Sure it won't be 1:1 but... for botanical gardens a 70-300 stopped down with diopter will give some working range for flowers.

I'll also be bringing CPLs (77mm and 58mm). Do split ND's come in usefull for sunset situations are can I get by wo?

Aloha.
