Problems getting refund from D700 purchase in Belgium

Hello
Has anybody experienced problems getting their refund (200€) in Belgium from the latest cashback offer?
The company HighCo Data that administers the scheme on behalf of Nikon have sent me a long letter in French that I do not understand and their answers on emails look like they were created by a robot.
I have duly provided them with everything (copies and bar code sticker) in a registered letter but to no avail. Dunno what to do.
And does anybody have an email address of Nikon Belgium that does not go to recruitment?
