Budget alternative to Canon 1D Mk IV ?

Which camera in the Canon range offers similar features to the Mk4 but in a cheaper price range?

I don't need huge 50 megabyte files, but I would like the following:

Good low-light performance - I'm sometimes shooting at around 1600 ISO
Fast motordrive/frame rate
Full frame is not necessary
Fast autofocus for news and events shots
