Continuous autofocus and manual control in video - impossible combination?

Lately I've been reading about new cameras like the Canon D60, Sony NEX and Alpha series, Nikon D3100 etc with HD video recording capabilities. I have been using P&S cameras and earlier I thought I would upgrade to a 1500€ camcorder. Now we are experiencing a revolution in dslr video capabilities so I have decided to wait and get one of those instead.

I NEED 3 things as far as video is concerned:
1) 1080 video
2) full manual control in video
3) continuous autofocus in video

I'm lucky since I have a long list of cameras to choose from:

-Panasonic GH1

Now am I missing something or is the GH1 at the moment THE ONLY CAMERA with these 3 features???!!! Canon missing autofocus, Sony and Nikon missing manual control, Olympus missing full HD. Sigh... What gives?
