Please recommend an A620 replacement

Hi everyone,

I'm looking for a camera to replace my parent's A620.

It must be affordable, have manual controls, good image quality, and good handling (a good grip for older hands to hang on to).

Having trouble finding the 2010 versions of the A620 or A720, so help is appreciated.
