Lightroom 3 and printing

I use Aperture 3 for printing but it is a LOT of work!! How is Lightroom in this regard?? Gave up on PS a few years ago, could not get my arms around it. Also have used Qimage, but have to run Windows on my Mac which I am not happy doing.
