Hey engineers . . .

Have an EPL-1 with the pop-up flash . . . love it. But after playing with a friend's G1 I've been coveting an EVF too. I'd get the VF-2 but it seems I'd be losing one of the key features of the EPL-1 that I absolutely love--it's tiny size (truly pocketable with the 20 f1.7).
How difficult would it be to engineer a pop-up EVF? It seems to me that if they can make an articulating one (VF-2) and a pop-up flash they might be able to engineer a pop-up EVF too. Then we could have it both ways: the tiny rangefinder-like body and the convenience of a viewfinder when you want it, without all the bulk that cameras like the G1 have.
