I'm using a Meike brand battery grip designed for the D80/D90. I've had it for quite a while now and won't shoot without it. Its built really well, the shutter button feels just the same as the D90 and it only costs $59.95

I also put a $9.95 Flashpoint EN-EL3e knock off that works without any problems at all. It actually might even last longer than the Nikon brand EN-EL3e that came with my camera.
