Location tips for Albuquerque, Santa Fe and Taos

Going on a 10 day trip to Central and Northern New Mexico next week and would like some tips on places we should definitely visit for good photo ops.

We will be visiting a number of Pueblos.

Also, is there a good lens/equipment rental place in ABQ or Santa Fe? I'm thinking of traveling fairly light and leaving the Tripod and a couple of heavier lenses at home.
