Nikkor 35mm f/1.8 focusing

do you have any focusing issues on your copy of this lens? is it 100% spot-on? or it just goes crazy from time to time? mine does... :(. in about 10-15% of shots it heavily front-focuses.
I have few days more to return it, so should I ask for another copy or is this normal behavior?
