Which Focus do you use?

I know this is probably beating a dead horse....Flame me if you wish...but...

I just bought a d90 and was wondering for overall shooting which AF do the majority of the people here use...AF-A, AF-S, AF-C with what combination of what area: single, auto, dynamic, 3D Tracking?
