Nikon 35mm f/1.8G, 24mm f/2.8D or Tamron 17-50mm

I am not sure which way to go. I am mainly interested in image quality and other issues at similar focal lengths between the prime lenses and the Tamron Zoom. I love prime lenses but I heard the Tamron is sharp. Any insight?
