LumoLabs: Shutter induced blur with the Pentax K-7 camera

This post ultimatively is about follow-up work suggested by the great work about shake reduction of Peter Smith ('labnut' here at the forum).

Two of my friends and myself have attempted and succeeded to clarify once and forever the remaining questions why the shake reduction mechanism seemed to be less effective at 1/100s and seemingly faster exposure times too. Or if the K-7 camera can produce additional blur (compared to, e.g., the K20D). And if so, under what shooting situations. And if so, if there is a workaround. And if so, what on earth is going on...

It's a great topic to fill the summer gap too

Seriously though, we found the answers to all these questions.

(This is no plug to create traffic towards my blog. I have no ads on my blog and don't even measure its traffic )

For those not wanting to visit that page, I cannot help because dp review limits my post to 6000 characters. Anyway, the most comprehensive information is found in our 30+ pages LumoLabs White paper:

Please, read the blog and the White paper before discussing this. Thank You.
