NEX Firmware - Mac Owners Speak Out To Sony

I own the Nex3 and am frustrated by the Sony stance of no firmware update compatibility for the Mac. I don't want to start another Mac versus PC thread but would like to encourage other Mac owners to call Sony support and lodge a complaint. Maybe if enough of us complain Sony will get the message. On their Nex support page they have a service that will call you back now (in the USA). I used it, was called back immediately and held for 5 minutes before a person came on. He said that he would file a complaint about this ridiculous situation.
