Quick advice needed - 50mm AF f/1.8 or 50mm AF f/1.8D?

I've heard a lot of praise regarding the D version of that prime, but take a look at this: http://www.camerahobby.com/Review-50mm.htm . This clearly shows the superiority of the other one; which one should I get?
