I need help in Pricing - Need advice ASAP

Hi Guys!

I need help on pricing. Gladstone restaurant is interested in purchasing my jpg file to use to their restaurant and other forms of advertisement. I need to know how much to sell it for. Also do I put my signature on the jpg file when I sell it? I would really appreciate your help.
