Macro Lenses: Voigtlander 125mm/2.5 or Nikon 200mm/4 AF-D

I have been comparing these lenses from online reviews and posted images. I am trying to make a decision as to which one I should get.

From what I have seen, the Nikon is a bit sharper than the Voigtlander. However, the Voigtlander has a distinct characteristic (as does the Nikon) and excellent transitions.

At basically the same price, which would you choose and why?

I am leaning towards the Voigtlander due to its unique rendition and portrait abilities. However, with this lens the focus is on macro and close up photography.
