200-400 f/4 VR II sample test

I just got a copy of the newest 200-400mm f/4 VR and things do not look sharp at all. I calibrated the lense for optimal sharpness and it needed AF Fine tuning +15 to give its best. However, its best is too soft. Please check the sample and tell me what do you think. I took this sample on a sturdy bean bag.

Also I am including a crop at 100% so you guys can judge.
