Suggestions in the $200'ish range

Hello,
I am looking for suggestions for a camera in the $200'ish range; this camera will be for my in-laws, for their anniversary. Size does not matter and I doubt they will do much with settings, rather point and shoot, and mostly, I suspect, of our son.
