New Mac Mini and iMacs

My MBP (currently 4gb) limited to 6gb is getting slow with my 5D2 files. With 5D3 it would get even worse.

I was thinking on buying an iMac for processing my pictures. The issue is the glossy picture. Probably not a bad thing but I definetely prefer a matte one.
The new Mac Mini looks interesting.
Would you consider one for serious post processing? (8gb, not much over 6gb)
