repair cost on 70-200 F4

Has anyone had their damaged Canon 70-200 f4 non-IS repaired? How much did it cost you?

I was at Metra today. I brought my camera and my backpack. Before I wore my bag, I checked all the zippers and everything was tightly close. When I stepped out the train, I heard a loud bang on the concrete floor. I saw my canon 70-200 f4 lens. I opened it and the front glass is broken. When I reached my desk, I hooked it up and tried it and the motor wouldn't operate. F*CK!!! So it's damaged. I believe in KARMA!

Anyways, yeah like what I said, has anyone had their lens repaired? Would like to know how much it cost you so I can get an idea.
