non DSLR with Manual zoom AND Manual focus rings

Hello everyone. I am currently in the market for a new camera, but since I'm currently a college student, I have ruled out buying a new DSLR due to budget. However, I really like having the manual zoom ring and manual focus ring that you would find on DSLR's, so I was wondering what my options were for non DSLR cameras and your opinions are of these options.

From the research I have done so far, I believe the Fuji S200EXR, the Fuji HS10, and the Fuji S100FS match my specifcations. Have I missed any that are better options than these Fuji's? I am currently leaning towards the S200EXR.
