Saving settings on 1DIV

Requesting some help understanding the saving of camera settings on the Canon 1DIV. Page 238 of the User Manual says, "The camera’s shooting modes, menus, Custom Functions, and other camera settings can be saved in the card as a camera settings file. When this file is loaded by the camera, the saved camera settings will be applied."

If one has 2 media cards in the camera, is it possible to select which card to which the settings are saved?
