Nikon updated 85mm 1.8D with 9 rounded blades?

In this thread Cisro indicates that a link on the Nikon imaging site indicates that the 85mm 1.8D now has 9 rounded diaphragm blades....just like the 1.4D.

Is this a typo, and if not, shouldn't this be really big news?

It would be great if any new owners of this lens could confirm this and indicate how long ago they purchased their lens and from where.
