Canon software for iPad?

I know I'm just wishing here, but I think a killer app would be a version of Canon's software for the iPad. Imagine using the iPad screen for checking focus and seeing what the image will look like. Or in video mode seeing a live preview. That would make the 9inch iPad one heck of an on board monitor!
Thoughts?
