Shooting Bodybuilders - Any suggestions

I have been asked to shoot a friend and her husband (individually and together) who are both bodybuilders. Never having done this, I could use any suggestions.
I will have access to multiple lights, lenses, white or black backgrounds, etc.
I believe they will want full length shots
I will be shooting in their home so I am not too sure of the space I will have.

Any suggestions or samples will be appreciated but I am really interested in what lighting would be most appropriate to highlight their muscles, etc.
Also, any difference in what I should use for the female vs the male?
