Mirrorless APS-C - The death of Micro 4/3??

With a number of manufacturers now bringing out full APS sensor, mirrorless cameras, is the unique attraction of the micro 4/3 genre diminishing? Some have managed to make the cameras significantly smaller than current M4/3 models with the only downside being the size of the lens required.
The larger sensor promises better quality and better low light performance and surely production efficiency should mean that the cameras will be very keenly priced.
Interested in what readers think.....The NEX5 look pretty impressive on paper....
