Speedlight 550EX with 5D Mark II?...

I have an 550EX flash and was looking for a flash for my new Canon 5D Mark II. The 550EX has always worked great...do I need to upgrade to the 580EX II?
Will I be missing a lot? What are the main benefits of upgrading?
Is anyone using the 550EX with the 5D2?
