For all of you who build your own compiuter systems

I am getting a new computer built. The following was the recommended system.

Case/Power Supply: Antec Sonata III w/500watt PS
CPU: Intel I7 930 2.83 Ghz
Mother Board: Intel DX 58SO FOR I7 CPU NO VIDEO
Memory: 3 x 2 GIG DDR3 APACER
Video: ASUS GeForce GTX260 192 CORE
Hard Drive: 1TB SEAGATE 7200 RPM W 32MB BUFFER
Multi-Media LG DVD writer 22X D/L - SATA
OPerating System Windows 7 PRO 64 - OEM

Would this system stand a 5 year time frame?
Do all the components interact well with each other?
Are there any changes you would recommend?
