On-line Photoshop CS5 training

I've been poking around in photoshop for years but have never even really come close to learning it. I just do very basic single layer adjustments. I've just bought CS5 and I really want to dive in and learn the program and think I'd do better with on-line learning rather than trying to wade through a thick book.

I've looked at Lynda.com and it looks pretty good. Does anyone have positive experience with this site? Are there better sites out there?

I'd really appeciate any advice and suggestions.
