Camera bag question (yes, I did my homework)

Hi,

I am looking for a decent camera bag to fit the following purposes. Suggestions welcome.

1. Airline travel with camera gear + laptop + accessories + small personal artifacts.
2. Carry a tripod with head during a day walk.

About myself and my gear:

1. Serious amateur interested mainly in nature. Accessing gear in a split second is NOT a requirement.
2. D90 with Sigma 17-70mm, Nikon 55-200mm. May buy 2 more lenses in near future.
3. Lee CLP, ND filters, foundation kit, lens hoods. Gitzo GT2541 with AS Z1.
4. Water bottle, cap, sunscreen etc.
5. Will NOT carry laptop on walk.
