ACDSee Photo Manager 12 was just announced. Is it just me, or does this version lack anything innovative or new? The only new features are online sharing, FTP, and better tagging capabilities?

Wow... A whole new release for those features is pretty sad... And I usually upgrade to their new versions like clockwork.

Gonna pass on this turkey!
