Something I'm noticing on a lot of 7D pictures in out of focus areas

I'm noticing a fair amount of noise in bokeh (out of focus) areas of a lot of peoples pics from their 7d that mine just do not exhibit, esp. at ISO 100/200.

What are your workflows like?

Are you sharpening the whole picture?

For those of you complaining why not switch to selective sharpening?

I never sharpen a whole picture. You should never be sharpening bokeh areas of your pics. Just thought I'd throw it out there. Maybe some of the posters here complaining about noise in the 7d need to work on their processing technique.

Has anyone else noticed this?
