iWeb "Out of Space" question

Trying to upload a new gallery page via iWeb and I get a message that I'm out of iDisk space and need to delete some files or add (ie, buy) more storage space.
Yet when I check my iDisk account under MobileMe, I'm showing only 246MB used, with 9.76GB free.
Any ideas?
