Upgrading a Windows copy of CS4 to Mac version CS5

Does anyone know if it's possible to us a Windows serial number of CS4 to install a Mac version of CS5 upgrade (once it's available ;-))? Is it something I'd have to speak to Adobe regarding at time of install?
