Girls Lacrosse Individual & Team Shots

Hi,

I'm doing individual and team shots for our lacrosse league and need some pose and lighting ideas. My first time slot will be the about eighteen 3/4 grade girls after the game (had no choice in that but stressed that they may have goggle marks on their faces) about 6 PM EST in Ohio, USA. Anybody have any suggestions or samples.
