Canon 50mm f1.4 vs Canon 85mm f1.8?

I'm going to buy ONE of the above lenses, and both are going for the same price where I am, in Singapore. So price of the lenses will not be an issue.

I've read reviews everywhere, but I still cannot decide which one to get.

I figured out if I get the 50mm f1.4, my 50mm f1.8 can be thrown away, since nobody would buy that plastic thing. I guess the best I can get out of this would be the f1.4, which I really love after using the Sigma 30mm f1.4 my school has.

The 85mm f1.8 would be of a different focal length, but gives me the same f1.8.

Will the difference of f1.4 vs f1.8 be huge?

Advice and Suggestions please! Which would you choose?
