Your input on 1D4 please . . .

I am very attracted to the 1D4, but have some reservations and was hoping to hear from those of you who have this camera.
While I shoot mostly landscapes (currently use a 5D and 7D) I have been doing more and more portraits, travel, stock and even a wedding or two.
I have the 17-40L, 24-105L, 100-400L, SIGMA 150mm Macro and the EF 50mm 1.4. I've ordered the 70-200 f2.8 (mark 2) but have not yet received it.
So my questions are:
1. Is the 1D4 a good choice for portraits and/or weddings? What lenses would you suggest?
2. How about landscapes? I understand the EF-S lenses don't work on the 1D4, so how would I get wide angle? Say, the equivalent of my 17-40 on a full frame?
Many thanks
