rate my shot please

I went to Canada last March 27-30. I stayed at the Embassy Suites and our room was at 36th floor facing the falls. This shot was taken at the room. However, the double glazed glass window is solid and cannot be removed/adjusted. It actually caused some minor problems specifically on the pole lights.

Please rate it. I'm not a pro Just love taking pictures. I used 50D and Tamron 15-50 non-vc, tripod. Thanks.
