USB 3.0 initial impression

Hi,

I have just installed
1) NEC USB 3.0 Controller on my PCIe x1 bus
2) Sharkoon SATA USB 3.0 Duo External bay.

As a real performance test I copied with severs MB fo files

1) From Internal SATA to Internal SATA = 95MB/s
2) From Internal SATA to Extenal USB 3.0 SATA HD = 45MB/s
3) From Internal SATA to Extenal USB 2.0 SATA HD = 50MB/s

The trasfer speed are coming form the copy and past function of W7 Explorer.
Can anybody tell me what is going on?
It seems that USB 2.0 connection if faster than the USB 3.0 one.
