Experience with usb otg product from usbgo.com?

I'm looking at the hard drive enclosure usb otg device on http://www.usbgo.com - I can get a 2.5" 250gb hd for about $50, slip it in, and then directly connect my dslr to the usb port and transfer away. Of course, it takes camera battery life too...
Has any one had any experience with the enclosure? It looks cheaply made and I'm nervous I'll "get what I pay for."
This solution is obviously way cheaper than the standard portable backup drives with built in screens and other features I don't need!
