which studio lighting?

Hi, my husband has very kindly offered to buy me studio equipment in order to follow my dream to be a better portrait photographer.

My question is which of these studio kits would be best for a beginner with aspirations to not be a beginner any more!

Interfit Ex150 Mark II Triple Head

or two head kits;

Pro-Line Apollo 300 Studio Kit
Elemental M Series Pro Studio 600 kit
Lastolite Lumen8 SV Twin 400w lighting kit
Elinchrom DLite 200/400

Ideally I would like to find a balance between quality and getting all the extras I need within budget (£300-£450 ish)
