Lowepro vs. Kata??

Does anyone have any experience with the Lowepro Versapack 200 AW Backpack or the Medium Kata D-3N1-22 3 in 1 Sling Backpack. I'd like to get a bag for a little bit of everything. Bike ride in trails, take on track meets, bring on family trips. I have a Nikon D5000, 18-50 and 70-300 lens.
