Nikon tech support
I've had problems with Nikon's tech support before, but this is my current problem:
1. Can't remember my password to log in.
2. I've tried the option to have my password emailed to me, several times, but I receive nothing.
3. Meanwhile I still receive emails form Nikon advertising stuff (from email@example.com -- how very very very annoying! So they can send me stuff, but they won't receive my emails!!!)
4. I have an email address for tech support but they just send back an automated response about logging in on the website.
Do I have to waste time creating another account, putting in all my serial numbers and products, etc etc, just to ask Nikon a question? They seem to be impossible to contact. Bought my camera in the USA and lived there for a while but now in the UK. The UK website is as annoying as the USA site.
Anyone having the same problem?
