Lens - SMC PENTAX DA 18-250mm F3.5-6.3

Just wondering if anyone out there has this lens and what they think of it... also if anyone knows if it is still available to purchase new... I can't find it anywhere - either in stores or on the internet which has me confused as to whether it has been discontinued or something... Thanks in advance for any help!!
