vignette issue on e 620 telephoto?
Mar 2, 2010

hello,

took the new e 620 into the field to shoot panoramas on a bright sunny day. got home and all the shots had serious vignette issues and would not stitch together to make a good panorama. where the vignetted dark corners joined there were visible darkness blotches.

most images were shot at 3200/5.1, focal length 102 mm iso 200 or similar exposures.

if this is gonna be the case all the time this camera will not be useable for panoramas, which is its main purpose. Is there a way to avoid vignetting that is this bad?

btw its the 150 mm lens.

Also is there a way to turn off exposure compensation when shooting manual? to get a good histogram the camera always darkened or lightened the images to be ugly exposures

Going to be doing more tests days later this week.
