Shutter sound in EP1 and GF1

Many of my assignments bring me into situations where the sound of the shutter (DSLR) is not acceptable. In these situations I switched to a Canon S3is and A650.

My question is on the sound of the EP1/GF1 shutter. Is it noticeable? Less than DSLR? More than P&S?
