SDHC or CF for 5D?

I know, at first this question seems to be quite dumb, but there are special adapters to convert SDHC to CF. They retail at around £10 on ebay.

The SDHC memory is MUCH cheaper than CF. For £11 I could get sandisk ultra II either 4gb (CF) or 8gb (SDHC). In addition, most notebooks these days have integrated SD readers.

However, adapted SDHC would be slower than CF (How slower?).

So, what is your opinion?
