Can you help me understanding the difference between EPL1 and EP2?

Both can use EVF.
Image quality are identical.

EPL1 is more similar to point and shoot camera that means operating is slower because without dial wheel.
EPL1 has built-in flash.

EP2 is more handsome and stylish looking.

Am I correct? and what do I miss?
