Well, everyday I have some free time to get out with the camera the weather has been grey and dreary, or snowing. Refusing to give in, I went out today anyway (grey and dreary) to shoot with my new 7-14. The following images are the result (plus a 2-3 with the 14-200).
City and County Building of Denver 14-140 lens
Colorado State Capital Building. No, it is not "painted" gold, that is real 24k gold covering the dome. Carryover from the Gold Rush days. 7-14 lens
Downtown Denver Buildings. 7-14 at 14mm
Colorado Capital Building with 14-140 @ 25mm
Capital Dome with 14-140 @58mm. Yes that is real gold up there covering the Dome
Capital Building with 7-14mm @ 14mm
City and County Building with 7-14mm @ 7mm.
No, that isn't lens distortion, the building actually curves (see next shot)
Denver City and County Buld with 7-14mm @ 14mm
Comments and critique are welcome.
